Meet the Fresno Team Behind Lodgewick ADU Fresno
When you hire Lodgewick ADU Fresno, you’re not getting a rotating cast of subcontractors. You’re getting the same five people from first walkthrough to final walkthrough. Russ Delmar built this crew the way he builds accessory dwelling units: slowly, carefully, and with people who show up. Every one of us lives in Fresno or Clovis. We know what July does to a framing schedule and what December fog does to a paint cure. We’ve worked together long enough that we argue like family and build like we mean it.
Our People

Russ Delmar, Owner
Russ has been in construction since before some of his crew finished middle school, and he’s owned Lodgewick ADU Fresno since it opened its doors as part of the Kingswell family in 2010. He’s the one who answers the phone more often than not, and the one who’ll tell you the truth about your lot even when the truth costs him a job. Russ specializes in garage conversions and has a particular soft spot for the ones everyone else says can’t be done: sloping slabs, undersized headers, electrical panels buried behind drywall. He named the company after a simple idea, that a lodge is a small house on a larger property, which is exactly what an ADU is. When he’s not on a job site, he’s usually at his own garage, which has been mid-renovation for three years because his own projects come last.
Marcus T., Lead Technician
Marcus has been with the crew for nine years and leads most of our ADU and JADU builds from foundation to punch list. He’s a licensed general contractor and certified in prefab installation, which matters when you’re working with manufacturers like Abodu, Cover, or Plant Prefab and the panel tolerances are measured in fractions of an inch. Marcus is the guy who catches mistakes before they become change orders. He carries a laser level on his belt and a stack of dog treats in his truck, because half the job sites in Fresno come with a four-legged supervisor.
Elena R., Senior Installer
Elena is our framing and finish specialist and the reason our James Hardie siding installations come out crisp enough to make the neighbors slow down and look. She’s trained on Dvele and Mighty Buildings systems and handles most of our prefab ADU installations, where you get exactly one chance to set a module square on its foundation. Elena worked in commercial construction before joining Lodgewick, and she’s the first to admit residential work is harder, because in commercial nobody cries happy tears at the ribbon cutting. She grows more tomatoes in her Clovis backyard than any one household can reasonably eat, and the crew benefits from that every summer.
Danny V., Service Coordinator
Danny is the one you’ll talk to first. He coordinates every estimate, every permit, and every subcontractor schedule, and he’s the reason our crews show up in the window we gave you. Danny knows Fresno’s planning and development department processes well enough to tell you whether your project needs a simple plan review or a discretionary hearing before you’ve finished your first cup of coffee. He’s been doing construction scheduling for twelve years, which in this business is like being an air traffic controller for people who do not always land on time. Danny is also our unofficial neighborhood historian and can tell you which streets in the Tower District still have original carriage-house foundations that make surprisingly good ADU conversions.
One Standard, Every Job
Every Lodgewick ADU Fresno project runs on the 365-Day Done Right Promise, and that promise sits on the shoulders of the four people named above. It’s not a marketing line. It’s a written guarantee provided before we start: if the work isn’t right, we come back and make it right within the one-year guarantee period, at no charge. That’s the Kingswell Way, and we don’t make exceptions. We say the price before the work, in writing. We show up in the window we gave you. We leave the site cleaner than we found it, which means a magnet sweep for nails every single day, not just on the last one. And if something fails, you call the number, a live person answers, and one of us gets out there. Russ signs that guarantee on every build, and he’s the one who takes the call if it ever comes to that. So far, in Fresno, we’ve kept those calls rare by building it right the first time.
What If I Need to Reach the Team?
You call (559) 354-0579. A live person answers, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, no voicemail loops and no chatbots. If it’s a question about an active build or your guarantee, you’ll usually end up talking to Danny or Russ directly. If you’re still in the planning stages and wondering whether your backyard in Fresno can fit an ADU, call and ask. We’ll walk the lot, check the setbacks, and tell you honestly what’s possible and what it’ll cost. The estimate is free, and the conversation comes with no pressure and no surprises.
